This is clearly a legal screen; what made it seem bad was Pachulia's reaction to the collision.

It's a 50/50 whether it's a legal screen or not, but that's a typical NBA play if someone's all over the guards. Set a HARD screen, and they can't pressure the guard as tightly because they're always looking over their shoulder. Announcers were right on this one: the Hawks gotta call the screen or it'll be a big hit.

You can listen to the commentators all you want, but he leaned into it with his shoulder with his elbow and forearm up and elevated. KG is well known for this and has gotten many the technical for it , nothing new, but it's ok Celtics fan no mo championships fo you! :)
