India's Bollywood and India's Music Industry have stolen many Pakistani songs and they gave no credit, no acknowledgement, and no money to the original Pakistani singer or song writer. Here are some examples, there are many more Pakistani songs India has stolen.

  • Indian version came out in 1993 and the original Pakistani song came out in 1963.

  • Ummm....northwestern India and Pakistan overlap in musical cultural practices. This is well documented if you are at all a student of history. The border is a political, not necessarily cultural demarcation, particularly in terms of musicality.

I do agree that ANY artist who samples from another MUST give the original his/her due credit. That goes worldwide, not just India vs. Pakistan. Let's think big picture.
