In honor of the 25th Anniversary of PURPLE RAIN, I decide to capture to favorite scenes in the movie. Today also makes the 7th year of my father(YASSER) passing.
In this scene, late in the nite as PRINCE was reading, hears his parents (played by Olga Karlatos & Clarence Williams III). To not hear them he plays the recording the LISA & WENDY made... but unfortunately it's interrupted with the Parents bringing the fight to his room.

if u seen domestic violence in your household while u r growing up, u truly understand purple rain. i thought my family was the only one that was going thru this. seeing PR as a child opened my eyes.
