Why must they always interview the low income families in these national media broadcasts? Were not all poor here. Not saying were all rich, but they always seem to go the extreme!

but ive actually brought clay county a little out of the darkness and into civilization by getting manchester citizens to free themselves from the hoodlums and gangsters who kept them in poverty by keeping the county dry......manchester has finally freed itsself by voting wet

Clay County is a historically Republican county. When Bill Clinton carried Kentucky in both '92 and '96, he lost the county both times. Like most of Kentucky, it is a culturally conservative county, but also votes Republican on other issues.
