Picked up an iCade Jr. on sale for 10 bucks and modified it with a Dremel tool to fit the iPhone 5. Plastic was removed from the top lid and much of the inner base where the phone rests. I covered this up with black electrical tape to avoid any damage to the iPhone when docked. I also placed tape onto the underside of the lid and inside back of the casing to automatically position and "eject" the iPhone when the lid is closed or raised. A lightening cable was secured by wedging cardboard and duct tape under the cable keeping the end free and adjustable when the iPhone is docked.
