Produced by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, this award-winning documentary demonstrates how community partnerships can be forged to effectively provide the necessary range of services to people who are homeless. You will meet two service providers in this series of short videos, Project Home in Philadelphia and the Downtown Emergency Service Center in Seattle. Both examples show powerful models of system change.

A series of videos, manuals, issue briefs, fact sheets, workshops, and e-learning curricula have been developed to support implementation of these effective strategies. The promotional video shown here helps inform the workforce about this available resource.
