Either he's serious, or the best troll ever.

@paleknight1 The review was made back in the 90s, back when SOTN was new. He's probably living in a dumpster and drinking his own piss for sustinance now. I find this idea to be most comforting.

@ToastMaster623 it's not particularly easy because the Playstation's dpad is a real piece of shit but you can attack down-diagonal and I think up-diagonal. If you can't attack up-diagonal it just helps fix the issue Castlevania IV had where you had literally no reason to use sub-weapons.

@fredrickpendragon You can attack in multiple directions in that game? I'm sorry, it's been WAY to long since I've played SotN...
-
@ToastMaster623 Oh, so he's butthurt about that even though the only directions you can't attack in SotN are straight up and straight down, and both of those "problems" are made trivial by the special items and spells. I understand.
Also, no worries, I appreciate discussion.

@fredrickpendragon *8 whipping directions in Super Castlevania 4, plus moonwalking

This game was NOT DISSAPOINTING!!!

He doesn't even know how to play this game. I didn't see a single spell used. He kept on using the sword in the early areas, and he didn't backstep at all.

SotN is the smoothest-controlling game I have ever played. What the fuck is he talking about?
