Hey, that was me! I had to go to court over this and I had no idea what was going on. The case was dismissed everyone. I had no idea what was going on until I got paperwork in the mail about 2 months later.

ohhh besides the fact they never shove a cam down his/her throat!!! its a previously recorded shot done in a hospitol played back as soon as the camera see's his/her mouth!!!! look at the vid!!!!
