@athrunmanly There is a lot that indicates that this was planned and she was targeted. They found a school issue walkie talkie at the scene and the assaults began shortly after the cops on campus left early.

Cody sought her out and knew she had left early and was alone. He could have easily known this by text message, someone else watching her, etc.  The ease with which he manipulated, assaulted and set up a girl he had known since grade 7 strongly indicates premeditation.

@KingKoopaaa Nope, its a fact. There is video footage of it. They arrested him at the school and they found her cell phone in his bedroom. Someone answered it when her father tried to call her well after the rapes and assaults began and graphically told him what they had done to her. Claims he left before it started are clearly bullshit.

Just because there was a mexican kid involved everyone starts generalizing to the whole population. If I see a white person being accused of a rape I am not going to be saying that all whites are criminals. Crimes committed by whites are overlooked, but once a Mexican gets caught for something then that's when people start talking.
