I can't do a basic crossover. Do I have to be flexible to do it? My arms are kinda big and I can't touch my back. lol
Do you have any tutorials to do some of those moves? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Your jumping looks amazing, you did some stuff I've never seen before. :)
