Boarding House, goes beyond "it's so good it's bad" into the realms of extreme dislocation. Scenes start & stop abruptly as though cut halfway through characters either have arbitrary quirks or prove chronically indistinguishable from each other.

I remember loving that double eye tearing scene. Good old graphic deaths. The only downside to the movie is there were ladies with C-cup or larger breasts. If you're going to has small busted gals, please get at least busty girl. A horror movie is good when girls of all sizes get killed.
