Sweek are a postrock band from Belgium, I think. I found this song on archive.org as part of a postrock collection. The video was also retrieved from archive.org. Primarily it's a safety film called our obligation which was created by the US department of Human Resources about what to do in a school fire. I interspersed it with random safety messages also on archive.org.
