You´ve probably already got the answer to your question by now. But i will answer it anyway. Assaya (as it´s usually spelled) is the stick or cane used in saidi, an egyptian folklore dance.

Tuliachka Asaya is a name and Asaya does not mean a stick because My name is Keltic a very old name and the name Asaya is my name and it means something else ok
