oh, no, you didn't offend me! I think it is just a generational thing. :o) "Younger" 30-something professionals/ entrepreneurs like myself don't like to be pigeon-holed as "black business" or feel entitled--there is some stigma from the way businesses have conduted themselves in decades past. Today's professionals see ourselves as global players, no different than any other corporation. We work hard to be competitive & earn patronage. That is all. :o)

I looooove you! I'm from Venezuela, and I've been wearing braids for a long time but I'm sick of them! I just want to try something different with my own hair (I buy extensions) but I think it's too damaged and I'm afraid to take out the braids cuz it does not look so healthy.. so if you can give me some advices I' d thank you so much!
