  • FYI: ~whenever i OD on chocolate-cake topped w/vanilla-icecream (-easily twice per week) i simply immediately pop-down three 500mcg-capsules (1,500mcg) of Chromium-Picolinate and thereby definitely prevent going into throws of Type-II glucose-intolerance; --and after couple of years in this senario i've detected no adverse side-effects, -and no weight-gain!

  • Chromium affects glucose tolerance factor and helps insulin work efficiently, typical deficiencies involve blood sugar levels, stress, blood lipids. Do not take inorganic forms of chromium which is a waste of money since it passes through your system. Use chelated forms which is better, up to 200mcg per day.

  • Chromium health benefits are used for glucose tolerance factors helping insulin work better and for deficiencies in blood sugar problems, anti stress factor, blood lipids, cholesterol, weight loss benefits; there are no good dietary sources, recommend an 200mcg organic form vs inorganic form.

  • Awesome.....

  • i take 200 mcg a day. thanks.
