Just visit the hp-lexicon,org and you'll see he has nothing but respect for JKR. Hes not trying to add to the canon. He's just adding his thoughts as a fan, NOT trying to steal anything off JKR. Hater stop hating and Warner Bros or whoever need to stop being dicks.... But I guess this is an old story.

What a prick. Of course she should have been sued, he is using her material to try to make a fortune off the back of her work and the popularity of the movies. I'd be furious is someone did that to my work. He knows he did wrong no matter what he says to the public, he got caught red handed.

@gaiusscipio So Where did I derive the name J.K. Rawling? That name was formed as my pseudonym for stories I had almost ready to market, such as The Lion King, Finding NEMO, and other stories. So, with my name Greg Simcock, my posting site user name as Mylord, my writers name as J.K. Rawling, which I registered as jkrawling.wordpress. so as to register a site as the author of stories. Before registering that name I had registered harrypotterextra.wordpress. I then linked those names.

@gaiusscipio ... socially as you-tube was considered a social site and I had not been in much of a social mood. I decided to look up an article on the release of the book named The Tales Of Beedle The Bard, after seeing its promo on the evening TV Nine news. That is another of my book designs I had put together in preparation to ready it for publishing! I found many video's on Jo Rowling, so I decided to register on you-tube. Mylord was not available, so I eventually registered with Earnamint.

@gaiusscipio ...It too was available so I thought - I own my home, I am the lord of my home. I registered mylord on amplify.com and was greeted to the message "Welcome Mylord"! It made me smile for the first time in the years since I had become aware of the first Harry Potter film release when I had recognized the title was as I had named one of my stories about a wizard boy who goes to Hogwarts. I happily posted a seven page article on that site. Up until that time I had not used you-tube...

@gaiusscipio I won't pretend to have a split personality, so I will let you know why I wrote the article you referred to. When I went to publish my first article on the Internet I found it difficult to get a user name I had entered, so I entered mygod. Lo and behold, it was available! I was very desiring to make known the Harry Potter story was of my original creation. I had to release the tension I had bottled up and when mygod was free I was hesitant to register the name, so I entered mylord.

@gaiusscipio I spent years designing stories. Drawing their story-boards for film production. After my stories artwork and written notes got stolen the stories got written-up and then published, so I could not that do! What you have seen in films were as my story-boards had been designed to show. My stories were of numerous drawings of the key components in what were my stories! From sales records I believe the film stories have beaten book sales hands down. I enjoyed drawing more to writing.

The name "Hermione" was derived from the business name that was written on the side panels of my old 1984 Toyota Hi Ace van. To name my characters was one of the last things I did when I drew them for adding to my stories story-board sets of which there were hundreds in a wide variety of styles. If you would like to see the vehicle that inspired me to form the name 'Hermione' I have put a photo of my old van on my web-site at gregsimcock.amplify.com. A thing there may make you laugh!

My full name is Gregory Ronald Simcock. I created hundreds of inventions, many you use and enjoy now, but I never offered my designs to anyone! Many of my design drawings were used to build stories. I have mentioned several of my stories on mylord.amplify.com but one story I began in 1978 with much thought, construction, and concept design time spent on creating the story you have been able to enjoy - after it was stolen from my home, written-up into a series of books. Seeing is believing>>

Now that the series of Harry Potter stories have been; published as books, produced as films, made onto theme parks with the school of Hogwarts a key attraction, and people of many nations around the world have been able to enjoy or take part in social events of reading, playing, gaming, commenting on Internet web-sites, as well as read articles, hear tales of woe and of the originality of the stories published by Jo Rowling, with lies and untrue claims said of the stories origin, read on>>
Their complaint is that he is practically republishing the books wood for word in more than 90% of the case and that it has false information as well that if it gets published then it would take away sales from J.K.Rowling's encylopedia (which ALL of it's proceeds go to chairty).
There more than that, but you can find that in other places.
I personally support J.K.R
