7/23/08 For those of you who keep asking how I put a video over 10min on youtube, go into your control panel and find the option to make yourself a directors account (which is free), and as long as the video is under 100mb (hence the video quality loss), there is no time limit. Edit: Apparently you had to have done this before the 2006 youtube update in order for it to work, sorry!

Leave it to publishers to squander developer creativity. Happened with Halo 2, Spore, Bioshock, and a ton of other games. Publishers job should be to finace and then get the hell out of the way.

I haven't played Spore in like 3 years, and I'm sure everybody knows why. This was the video that got me excited about spore. if they just released this version of spore it would have done so much better, even though it was practically held together with tape, and i dont think there was a continuous transition between "ages" it would still win which is sad for the official released spore.

You know theres a game called Thrive and its based of of the original spore. its gonna be cool once it comes out! its not out yet though

EA games publish the other spore ugly after this original spore because they just want the peoples play sims and sims sims sims they dont want to know about other games will the creator of spore is a selfish and idiot he can make lots and lots of money with the original spore but he just want that peope play sims and "explode"

@HendorneEndohRoth they made a fucking billion dollars. if they made this version they'd only make 500million in profit and only change the way games are made forever.
