That track is Adams Motorsports Park in Riverside California. That's where the Troy Lee Designs supermoto team practices too.

What kind of exhaust is he running on his bikes. Its definitely not the single side akarapovic exhaust and I don't think its a GPR... Also what kind of rear tire is that? it looks like the Michelin Pilot but I cant find em like that anymore.
