  • Not necessarily. The vast majority of Europeans, period, have dark hair and eyes. Even in Germany blonds are a minority. I used to have blond hair, but it naturally darkened over time. Mediterraneans are much better looking than the Northern vampires of Scandinavia who think they are the best looking while in fact no one (other than themselves) thinks they are.

  • Roman women had also light hair or /and eyes. If you read some descriptions of old mediterranean famous people you find also blond, like Alexander the Macedonian, the same Achille, Ottaviano Augusto, and some others. Julius Caesar is described with black hair and eyes but very white skin and roman nose. Southern Europe was and still is white.

  • @Christos2255 dont worry about it i am from northern europe, scotland to be precise. i have olive skin and dark hair and my friends sometimes joke with me that im not white, but they no im white and they see southern europeans as white aswell. i can only speak for where i come from that we are not all blond and fair skinned, same as not every southern european is dark haired and olive skinned.

  • they only countries in europe that are mainly blond are the scandinavian countries, the majority of people in the british isles is light brown to very dark brown hair, but a very high majority have light eyes.

  • @123duffbeerrules ''In essence, the types of mtDNA markers of Finnish people do not differ from those of other European ethnicities.'' source: wikipedia / finns .. just saying, eh Finns are European but they don't speak ''INDO-EUROPEAN'' language...

  • @Christos2255 I think it's just false chauvinism hidden under a huge complex of inferiority. They wanna be like us. Europe is the south.

  • @SpanishHunkyGuy Northern Europeans look down on olive skinned people for no reason. They like to pretend we're not white or even European which is stupid because all European culture comes from Greece and Italy and if you ask me brown haired and olive skinned girls are way more attractive than blond haired snowflakes.

  • @MrPa1310

You're so beyond retarded I won't dignify responding after this.

Nation with the most 'blond' people: Finland (over 80%).

The Finns speak and Ugro-Finnic language that ORIGINATED in modern day SIBERIA, thats a FACT. Finns carry around haplogroups (genetic markers) N3, that ORIGINATED IN ASIA. You can look up both of these assertions for yourself. What does this prove? That phenotype does not follow genotype, looking a certain way does not signify 'purity', idiot.

  • @123duffbeerrules thats damn fucking lie were the fuck you go to school at?? private school? of course blond heads originated in Europe if not than were? the americas?? Asia Africa were?

  • @MrPa1310

Yeah that logic is 100% true. Thats why the oldest people on the planet (Ethiopians, Somalis, Eretrians) who have virtually no foreign (even west african) admixture have fine noses, some of them have straight hair and have no forward prognathism, lmfao. Blonde hair isn't a sign of 'European purity', the people with the highest amount of Blonde hair are FINNS and ESTONIANS, neither of these people even ORIGINATED in Europe, but you don't know that, do you? lmao.
