Sexual Harassment Guy/Guy

A windshield repairman talks about a used car lot owner, Mark Lanoue, of Spofford, New Hampshire, who owns Mark's Motors Inc., Brattleboro, Vermont. If women are harassed by men in the workplace there can be arrests and huge civil suit awards can be doled out to victims by juries. Why isn't this case when men grab other men's genitals and buttocks. Should sexual harassment laws enforcement be solely to protect women employees from the improper advances and sexual conduct of male bosses only?
