"historical" is just that, historical. Just because blacks were put down in the past doesn't mean they get bonuses from here on out. Whites are suppressed every day in this country, so blacks are not alone in that respect. There are millions of white people who are held down by the man every day. Our government knows no racial boundaries when it comes to screwing it's citizens! And these days, a black man can do ANYTHING a white man can do. No special help needed.
