Eddie Aikau Warm Up: Waimea Bay Big Waves Big Men

Five days before the Quiksilver in Memory of Eddie Aikau Invitational Big Wave Surfing Contest was held international surfers were honing their skills for the event with locals in huge Waimea Bay surf. A giant storm system to the northwest of the Hawaiian Islands was producing large winter swells on Oahu's north shore and promising even larger surf for the big wave competition. Music by AC/DC

Thanks Rosy Switzerland happy you like it. Thank God for that winter storm system bringing giant surf that got even bigger for the Eddie Aikau Contest.
