I always suggest the elimination diet when adjusting ones menu and diet plan. From my experience avoiding gluten and dairy products helped the majority of people with their weight loss goals. Not only that, but I've seen improvements in sleep, energy, and mood by my clients.

  • If I could afford it I would just eat fruits, veggies and fresh meat, eggs, stuff like that. But that would be like 35-45 bucks a day on food alone for 1 person.

  • @KALfilms I beg to differ. I buy dozen organic eggs, hormone and antibiotic free, $2.99; organic beef patties $6.99; lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions $6, and this gives me 5 meals. Total $16. Thats around $3 per meal. Any fast food meal is $5+.
