  • I gotta say this: I see many posts saying "noone can play this solo like David, etc.". However, this solo is just awesome, personal, original and professional. It's uncomparable to David's original, not because it's better nor worse, but because it's so different in many aspects. My opinion is, that this version of the solo is just spectacular, just as the original.

  • @aussiefloyddotcom thanks for setting me straight im a big fan.what i should have said was i preferred the liverpool rendition when damien was singing with the bass player and damiens solo was mind blowing

  • Not too keen on the vocals but the music is great.

  • @okmasko its not as good as Brit Floyd

  • @AJSUBLA You were 'open-minded' and then based your opinion on how the singer looked 8D... honestly, I didn't really like it either, been listening to too many Pink Floyd live shows recently, just jarred a little. Would probably like it a bit more given time and abstinence, but... that's not gonna happen haha. That they're a talented bunch is fairly undeniable tho.

THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON".......VIVE PINK FLOYD !

  • They do a real good job on this. My fav p f track

  • sergrasan viu e gostou!

  • This is a good version of one of my Fav Floyd tracks. No one does it as well as the orginal band but this comes very close and they add their own take on the song which is always good. The worst version of this ever in my mind was the version by the Sissor Sisters. And yes i have seen Pink FLoyd twice and their versions differ slightly as well.

  • @aussiefloyddotcom Something doesn't jive with this explanation. The announcement of the split came in the summer of 2010, and Jason Sawford toured the US in 2008 during "The Wall" tour. What was the legal battle you speak of? If it was the production company, doesn't the band "hire" the production company?

  • I watched, and now i must comment....

1st off, very talented musicians, but i felt like i was in a ferrari with a fiat engine :(

looks good, but huge difference in the performance... and it shows. the non bass playing singer, sounded like he was performing for an audition rather than expressing feeling within the music.. sorry, but will take a hell of a lot better than this to take my attentions away from the original or any other pink floyd performance... just my opinion
