My name is JHan and I've been wanting to become a DJ well known in the community and this series is to show you how i get to that point. I'm starting to get my equipment slowly, one thing after another and i've been gathering my funds for years now and slowly getting one by one.

@buzbee1991 for when i first started up for my residency's, it was $250 for turntables and mixer, and another $200 for the audio 8 dj soundcard.

My setup now is now much different. :D

Im new to DJing and have Traktor Pro and am buying a Behringer DDM4000 tomorrow. I want to know if I need an Audio 2,4, or 8 DJ to be able to utilize all 4 channels.

Seriously... You'd be unique, and that would be a good step for you to take when you truly ascend and get some reel to reel equipment to cut your digi a little MORE legit.

Nothing like magnetic domains.

Also, not too sure about storage of data, but I imagine once you reach that point you may want to capitalize on magnetic strip data storage.

I was puting my guitar in the attic becauseI quit guitar because almost the whole world is playing it. WHile puting away my guitar I found in the Attic alot of junk but I found a: Numark DXM 06 24bit Digital Mixer. Since guitar cant occupy my time anymore I mideaswel become a minor DJ or so. Right now all I have is an Amp and the Mixer. What should be the next thing I should buy? A turntable?
