great tips but remember not to defrag an ssd. An ssd fragmenting has no negative effect on speed but defragging an ssd has a negative effect on the life of your ssd. Keep that in mind

im getting a new computer, can i basically stick my harddrive into the new computer and EVERYTHING will be on the new computer like the windows 7 OS my data etc? and can i then move and use these files? Also it wont slow down the new comptuer will it becuase of the harddrive being older? sorry bit of a newb at this lol
