balancing your glidecam trick

the way i balance my glidecam without hurting my arm or shoulder its kinda cool if you dont want to get tired doing by hand...

I did it with a rod, tape and a chair....no need to waste money on a mic stand

I see many people having difficulty balancing the glidecam. I've been using the Cam Caddie Scorpion with great success, it's very affordable and effective I highly recommend it to anyone searching for an independent setup.
