  • No. I'm sorry but Alexei Yagudin is in a golden league of his own. - No one else, has ever been, or will ever be, anyway near his brilliance. Yagudin - elegance, technical mastery, awesome programs....winter, MITIM, Gladiator, Lawrence of arabia... the list is endless.

    Yagudin is the King.

Plushenko is not good enough to even say his name.

Yagudin is an emperor of the ice.

  • @Porporinablu Lysaceck did not deserve that medal. He does not know jumping, it is a shame that a man wins an Olympic medal without knowing make a quad, but won by politics and interests, we all know that. Plushenko and Yagudin are two of the best skaters in history, but Plushenko is much smarter, more connected with the public and still competes today, while Yagudin and that we know nothing. Three times he has won medals in Olympics. Plush is the best.

  • @MrEvan75 I m agree with you. Plushenko has made history, he s the best performer in the glas than ever exist. He s the King of the glas. More elegant. My hero is Plush, too, yesterday and today.

  • Epic :)

  • @Porporinablu I don't think Plush is just a jumper, I enjoy his artistry. Look, he got standing ovations so many times in his career in competitions and in exhibitions too, including 2001! Don't forget he is almost 3 years younger than Alexei. He became his competitor when he was only 15 and made everyone take him seriously. He was 1st to perform the most difficult combo (4t-3t-3lo), some spins ("donut spin" and he’s also 1st man to do Biellmann). Well, my hero is Plush, not Yag. Sorry))

  • @MrEvan75 A medal can happen for many reasons. Lysaceck won gold and he wasn't good enough to watch in the eye the others on (or near) the podium. That's a shame. When Plushenko won gold over Yagudin in 2001 it was just because of Yag injuries, Yagudin was so superior you can't even think of a comparison. Plushenko is a good jumper and nothing more.

  • Has always been the BEST and will always be! Actually THE LEGEND!!!

  • s u p e r !

  • yagudin is the king
