This is more like Scorched Tanks from the Amiga. It even uses the same sound effects.

yeah, THIS game is the original. I have the pc version and bring it with me everytime I upgrade computers. This isn't a remake or "homage" to anything. That said, the pc version is WAY better, even though they play pretty much the same. I just think the tanks are too damn small on the iphone version.
