Paul Ryan is a 43 year old sociopath who has yet to ever even hold a job. He spends your tax money and my tax money sitting on his worthless ass, cooking up "budgets" that have as their objective kicking the economic blocks out from under middle class and poor Americans so the billionaires who pay him to do their bidding can have even more money.
