I don't know, man. I've seen things in the course of my work in biology that makes me wonder at some outside influence, though I don't know that I'd use the word "demonic" like the other poster.

When you deal with so many people with the same concern and you see that handful of cases that seem to be acting in ways that the illness or expirences do not excuse, it really makes you second guess what you think you know or believe?

It's actually very few schizophrenics that are violent. My (fairly recent) textbook cites around 10% and they kept using "some." Yeah yeah, to sensitive maybe, but you can't tell me there's still a huge stigma about mental illness-- and it's a psychologist's responsibility to try and combat that.

I can't get enough of this show though, even if it's sometimes dishonestly sensational. Can you buy the episodes? I can't find them online...

Ok...we have our resolve, it's not their fault, it's their impaired frontal cortex....we'll have to release them and mark them as frontal cortex imparied so we know who is who. ...Or shall we just test everyone at 5 to 10 year old and mark them potential threats.
