Even if they sound a little like LOG , who cares, it still kicks ass!! whats great about these guys is you get a message of hope instead of hopelessness. Alot of new metal sounds similair with a all the Harmonic Minor. Glory to God!

Chronology really doesn't dictate style though. A good example is new Judas Priest sounding like bands that didn't exist when they came to be. What I'm thinking of specifically is the use of sweep picking in their guitar work. It's not a bad thing though. You shouldn't just make it big and stop progressing. I remember seeing these guys at the same show as Lamb of God and not knowing them, even though we were from the same area.
