  • All true I was stressed at work for a long time and had my T levels checked and they were low and I felt it also. So I made a decision to start exercising and lifting weights every other day with a little cardio and it has made a great difference. I also have cut sugar out and eat better. So GLAD I decided to take this route . Stress fucking sux and will kill your body and hormones!
