This is the Flying Nun Heavenly Pop hits documentary - Part 2. This part is about the Dunedin EP and the so called 'Dunedin Sound' (and reveals the fiend who came up with that phrase...)

Hmm, I definitely prefer the attitude and point of view of Chris Knox over that of Matthew Bannister. Perhaps Sneaky Feelings were a little too polished for Flying Nun. What did Bannister expect on a lo-fi D.I.Y. record label?
Matthew Bannister is a tutor at Wintec in Hamilton now and he's definately not a pussy. I've been to many of his lectures and he's very on-to-it. Knows his stuff about the NZ music scene etc and he's brainy as hell when it comes to discourse theory, semiotics and the like. I respect him and his music a lot.
