What can U tell about rear suspension (Suntour Epicon)?

According to Suntour, their Epicon Forks should not be used for aggressive, high and rough rides and jumps. However, it could be used for trail biking and single trails.
As for the Mongoose frame, I have no doubt that frame can take the abuse if only you change your shock and fork with another brand like Fox and Rock Shox. These are the known fork and shock companies that are specialized on downhill and freeride biking.

have the same bike and the forks locked up and needed taking apart and i also bent the back wheel when i seperated my shoulder doing a big jump at innerleithen (trip to the hospital and 3 months off work)so its not really that strong for downhill but a good all mountain bike good brakes gears and tyres tho.

i'ts the same frame as the better ones like the elite but the hardware is not as good. all of it could be upgraded to the same spec though pretty much so it is a great bike for beginning serious singletrack and downhill
