Stand in athletic base position, torso 3 to 4 feet away from wall, holding a medicine ball in front of chest with arms straight.
Bring ball to the chest and immediately throw the ball as hard as possible into the wall. Catch the ball and repeat instantly.
Remember:
Throw ball with both hands.
Keep back flat and abdominals tight.
Do not pause between throws.
Keep hips and lower body in place with no movement except from arms.
