One of my red cherry shrimp eating some food in my 5.5gallon planted tank on October 10, 2008. He's eating under an anubias plant and there is a guppy swimming in the background. More at http://www.petturtlesandmore.com/

  • Hi! Where did you get your tank/what make? Cheers

  • @m0useYy standard, no brand from a LFS

  • hey do the males get some red too. I was just wondering. I know the femas get really red, but do the males at lease get a red tint? or are they like ghost shrimp in color (clear)? i'm assuming they get some red, not like the females, but much more that ghosts right?

  • @ciciironwill27 the male has a little bit of red spots, but are mostly clear

  • somebody told me these shrimp dont eat fish eggs

  • I wouldn't know for sure. The only fish I've kept them with have been live-bearers, so I can't say for certain since I don't have any direct personal expereince
