  • "Ne me quitte pas" means "Don't leave me" or "Don't break up with me" and "Mon cher" is "My love".

This song is so cute! :)

Her French is good. I'm impressed.

  • i love how you realized we needed that minute of silence to comprehend the genius we just listened to.

  • soooo cuteeee. I love Regina! bolth the old and the new, they're all fantastic. (:

  • "Ma choupinette" means somethig like "my sweet little girl". In french "chou" means someone kind and sweet.

  • @Qwerty101170 mon cher- my dear.

  • @SopranoLoser

Actually I have friend called Margaux in France with a little cousin called Léa and she refers to Léa as "ma choupinette". I don't know if that's a real word but it sounds good! :)

  • @Qwerty101170

lol my friends call each other both these nicknames.

Or if you read surrealist plays you could just say "mon petit poulet roti", lol. That's in La Cantatrice Chauve. I call my sister that all the time and we always crack up!

Or you can even say "mon chou" which is common but still funny!

  • @Qwerty101170 "mon cher" is more like "my dear". "Mon amour" is "My love" though.

  • ne me quitte pas <3
