  • @th3wing3dpaint3r, that's sad to know. Whatever the case, I can say he's in a much better place now.

  • @KhagarBalugrak He probably was. I remember reading he'd lost function of almost all his limbs by the time he wrote this. He was very sick. Couldn't play the piano anymore.

  • What a dark piece. I hope Shostakovich wasn't feeling deeply depressed when he wrote this.
