Like I said, It's pretty obvious from their use of words.

Especially the way he uses the term "faggot" here. He use it as an insult. Not necessarily against homosexuals, but he still use the term as an insult to someone in this song.

And maybe I'm just ignorant, but I have a hard time imagining he'd do that if he was writing from a standard where "faggot" is not used as an insult/slur.

I doubt he's calling that someone a pack of cigarettes or a bundle of sticks...
