I spilled a bunch of coke on my keyboard, and the keys on the upper right side got all sticky. This video shows how to remove the palm rest, touchpad, and keyboard on a T61 laptop.

  • my thinkpad x220 "Enter and right shift keys" stopped working, my computer got wet a lot, the rest of my computer still working just fine.. I don't know if for an accident I activate a lock that it does not allowed me to use those key or they not work any longer... if that is the case... do I need to replace the entire key board?

  • @miguelroblesg Probably going to have to replace it. What you can do is take the tops off the keys and try punching the little rubber buttons beneath to see if that works, if not you'll probably have to replace the keyboard.
