I like Kudlow. He has been good to Ron Paul. But he never brought this up again. Because the African American community knows that Ron Paul is no racist, he is the only public figure dealing with the disparity in arrests between Black and White for the same crimes. And he has been challenging the law for 20 years. It is not recent thing.
