  • They won't spend it on milk, though. They'll use it for a little extra Little Debbie snack cakes or soda. REGULATE! or get rid of it altogether. I'm TIRED of working hard to put cola on the dinner tables of slackers.

  • I agree with you when you say that every parent on food stamps shouldn't be demonized. In this case, though, "many" is a minority.

  • Many mothers responsible mothers use food stamps wisely to feed their families. There are those that use them like one would use cash. With coupons, seeking sales in stores, and making sure that they last until the next month. Not every parent should be demonized for being on food stamps. Not everyone on stamps buy junk, and are wasteful.

  • I agree that abuse is a problem and needs to be dealt with seriously, but abuse in no reason to deny people like you and your kids free milk, cheese and some hamburger every week.
