@kittenangel2001 No. You don't have to join them. There is a pattern on the same website that uses the same motif but it is sewn together. It's Called the Christmas Star Throw. You can find it on Redheart's website.

Your videos for this afghan are great BUT....if I may suggest, next time you work with dark colors could you please have a white background, like paper or a pillowcase so it's easier for us to see? Also, the camera is a little too close up, as any crocheting hands move & things get out of the picture. Just 'a little' less zoom would be clearer.

amazing I did it. i have another pattern just like this one but in mine it makes 3 sided squares, using 3 colors
