This movie was made in Aug. 08 at our last visit in a reptile zoo in Southwest-Germany. It seems that the White-throated Monitor (Varanus albigularis) is playing with the tortoise(Geochelone /Stigmochelys pardalis). We saw the same monitor in same situation also in feb. 06. It is a really bad situation. Tortoises and Monitors should not be kept together.
