he dosent make sternguard troops he just makes them a scoring unit which means they can take objectives but you cant take them as troops

Plus all the retarded amounts of bits would cost another crap load to get. Honestly the army is great and the price is right.....if only I hadn't already gotten a bunch of SM stuff recently and didn't need to save up for the new tyranids (which are amazing)
