Super Smash Bros. Brawl Teleport Glitch - Part 1

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SAY IT DOESN'T WORK.

Here's a grid layout for a really simple teleport stage. Just choose the smallest stage and follow this:

If it still doesn't work for you, first make sure your elevator isn't mirrored, then pay closer attention to the exact position of every piece, and then make sure you don't add any extra pieces until you have gotten it to work. This does work. Just make sure you copy everything exactly.

The colored boxes represent the top block of the elevator. Blue boxes mean that you need to flip/mirror the elevator for it to work, and red boxes mean don't flip it.
Remember, it will ONLY work in these positions.

A small warning: Playing around with mirrored elevators will probably get very confusing, since you can't easily tell which ones are mirrored.

Here's a simple stage with 2 mirrored elevators and 2 normal. It's the same one from part 2. Be prepared to get frustrated if you mess around with it too much though.

Credit to AKALink227, bearsaremyfav, XeroHeroes, and possibly others for finding it before me. I just thought I'd explore it a little. This is what I found. Yes, this works with any character and any size slope, but only the smallest size elevator. And as far as I can tell, it works with ANYTHING that moves along the floor, including Pokemon, assist trophies, Ice Climbers' Ice Shot, Donkey Kong's Hand Slap blasts, and Kirby's Final Cutter blast. Things that bounce along the floor or do not travel directly on the floor, however, like Mario's Fireball, Pikachu's Thunder Jolt, or, strangely, Hotheads, will not be affected, at least in the normal way.

I tried to mirror this on the other side, to make the stage double as awesome, but it didn't work, help plox?

@manofstone2unofromMS Unfortunately you can't simply mirror it. If you put new elevators exactly 9 spaces to the right (or 5 spaces if you flip the elevator pieces), it should still work though. Check the video description for a diagram showing all the places where it will work.

PAL or NTSC? I tried with Emulator and using NTSC => Doesn't work.

@trongtuan60 I've only tried it on a NTSC Wii, but I would imagine it would work regardless of the region or what you play it on. Did you read the description to see how to set it up?
