@deadbeat86 LOL dude seriously I would pull up next to every other car esp. sports cars and look over and rev it just so they'd be like OMG what kind of rotor engine is that 1.8? LOL
-
@carmodifire yes but you can put same brand suspension as on my car and work just as good... yes the chassis does help in handling but the first gen is still not that bad... not like a geo metro or something...
-
@Tj1056 Yes, but those old cars, you can't change the fundamental basics, really. The FD isn't old in terms of how well it competes with today's cars (Evo, 370z) but the SA rx7 is old.
-
@carmodifire not like you couldn't upgrade... I upgraded my FD suspension and its great, better then the already great suspension in it...

@ferociousLamm old school suspension geometry= worse handling.

@carmodifire why wouldnt it be in a SA rx-7?

@G3Fful the problem is the crank , you'd need a 4 rotor crank. if you find a place to forge you one than you're good . But from what I've heard they cost quite a bit . plus you know you still have all the electronics to do . timing .. adding the extra rotor into the rotation , custom exhaust , custom intake , ECU tunning , it can be done just not for an average person's Dime.

@OzcarMtl of course it can be use as an everyday car, but be ready to visit gas stations very often for two reasons, 3 rotors are gas eaters, and you would always want to step on it just to listen that awesome 3 rotor tune. Either way If I had one I wouldn't give a F* about gas, and just enjoy the ride

Can a tri-rotor still be used as a everyday car? or is it to uncomfortable?
its like the sexiest hamburger ever made...
