The committee of experts has began delivering by air copies of the harmonized draft constitution to remote areas as time ticks away to the 30-day deadline set for national debate on the document. Over 46,000 copies were flown to Turkana and Lokichogio for distribution to the locals. As Richard Chacha reports, criticism of sections of the draft appears to be far from over.

  • I don't really understand why Atwoli gets berated with the rest. He may be loud, but he does do a good job of dishing the inconvenient truth.

  • So the people in the rural areas get the draft at the last minute! Then we wonder why they don't understand it!
