Skyrim: How to Level up all Skills to 100 *NEW METHOD* (Oghma Infinium) [HD]

NOTE 1: THIS WORKS ON ANY BOOKSHELF IN ANY HOUSE!
NOTE 2: Once you buy Breezehome from Proventus Avenicci for 5000 gold, you must also buy the Living Room upgrade from him for 250 gold to get the bookshelf.

This is the new method for patch 1.3+ on how to level up all skills to 100 using the Oghma Infinium exploit.
